          InterGlobe General Aviation Pvt. Ltd. can perform major and minor scheduled maintenance, defect rectification and modifications in its maintenance facility at IGI Airport New Delhi. Vast investment has been made into training for our staff and the tooling required to support our customers’ aircraft; where there is demand we will explore every avenue to assist. We find that maintaining excellent relationships with manufacturers and suppliers alike assists us in resolving issues in support of our customers. InterGlobe General Aviation specialises in minimising your aircraft’s downtime by maximising the opportunity for you while it is grounded. Not only can we complete scheduled and line maintenance on both airframe and engines but you could also have your aircraft’s interior cleaned or refurbished while in our facility. 

           

          Maintenance Team
          The Maintenance & Engineering Department at InterGlobe General Aviation consists of a team of people with vast amounts of experience in aircraft maintenance and repair and in general aviation in particular. The cumulative experience of the four senior engineers is in excess of 200 years, with two of these having close to fifty years experience with the Hawker 125 business jet. It is our goal to have each engineer in our staff attend at least one aircraft manufacturer’s course in a year making InterGlobe General Aviation the best and most knowledgeable Hawker Beechcraft MRO in India.

           

          Maintenance Planning
          The planning function is the main interface with our customers and any third parties involved in operating aircraft. Planning acts as a central point of communication liaising with all parties before, during and after maintenance in order to ensure the project runs smoothly from beginning to end. To liaise effectively in these situations careful monitoring of the aircraft and flight hours cycles has to be undertaken and this too is carried out directly by our planners.

           

          Technical Records Control
          Technical Record keeping is a mandatory requirement. It can be time consuming, repetitive and difficult to keep things up to date if time cannot be devoted to the task on a regular basis. The Technical Records section of Maintenance Control has the expertise to take on the technical records keeping function for customers’ aircraft.

           

          Warranty & Service Plus Administration
          InterGlobe General Aviation will take the headache out of making warranty claims with the various OEM’s by dealing with them directly. Our Warranty Administration function provides our customers with a personal service but without the worry of processing paperwork and paying multiple invoices. Claiming for warranty work through InterGlobe could not be easier.

          InterGlobe General Aviation also offers administration of the Hawker Beechcraft Corporation’s Support Plus+ programme which is a maintenance service plan providing comprehensive maintenance support in exchange for a flight hour fee.
