At InterGlobe General Aviation we aim to provide a complete service and with assistance from some specially selected key third party suppliers we are able to achieve a one stop shop scenario for our customers. InterGlobe General Aviation conducts regular and vigorous reviews of its preferred suppliers in order that we are able to offer you the best quality service and value for money. We understand that operators want to maximise the opportunity to have work carried out on an aircraft when it is on the ground for any length of time. To this end services offered by InterGlobe General Aviation are interior work and avionics upgrades in the form of STC’s.
Maintenance Support
We will respond to and support customer AOG demands away from base, as we understand how crucial these situations can be to an operation. We will always endeavour to provide this additional service, subject to regulatory authority limitations, to all customers. Our priority is to return the aircraft to service as soon as possible in a safe and airworthy condition. Our team can offer technical advice to customers who want us purely to act on their behalf.
Optional Annual Maintenance Contracts
InterGlobe General Aviation will accept your Hawker Beechcraft aircraft on an ad hoc basis or for added assurance, convenience and savings by having a fixed term maintenance contract. In addition to the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance this maintenance contract can include such cost saving items complete control of your maintenance planning and technical records. The maintenance contract can be customized to your operational and budgetary requirements.
Aircraft Valeting and Cleaning
The external appearance of the aircraft is very important both aesthetically and for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. Wherever possible, the aircraft external cleaning and polishing is completed by hand and detailing staff have again received specialised training in this area to allow them to identify any imperfections, signs of corrosion, paint chips and flakes in areas that may otherwise go unnoticed. For interior work when cleaning or polishing wood and upholstery, taking time and special care is essential to ensure the principal and passengers enjoy exquisite interior presentation for the flight. Where imperfections in any interior finishes are found, these can be brought to the attention of our interior specialists and can be fully rectified to your exact instructions on site and with minimal disruption to your programme.
